1. Orders, Pricing & Payments
1.1 Order Confirmation & Processing
After placing an order through our website, customers will receive an automated order confirmation email outlining the purchased items, prices, and estimated delivery timelines.
Once an order has been processed and items have been ordered from our suppliers, the order cannot be cancelled, even if some items were in stock and others were ordered specifically for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this procedure.
1.2 Product Pricing & Errors
While we make every effort to ensure that product prices listed on our website are accurate, pricing errors or changes may occasionally occur due to supplier updates or oversight. If a pricing issue is identified after an order is placed, Brickhub reserves the right to contact the customer and offer one of the following options:

Pay the price difference and proceed with the order; or

Use the paid amount towards other available products; or
-
Cancel the order and receive a full refund via the original payment method
No order will be processed until the customer confirms their chosen option.
1.3 Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Brickhub until payment has been received in full. Brickhub reserves the right to withhold delivery or collection of goods until full payment is completed.
1.4 Payment for Unordered Items
If a customer submits payment for an item that has not yet been ordered, they may request a full refund or choose to apply the payment towards another item in our inventory. Any price differences will be clearly communicated before finalising the transaction.
1.5 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the refund.
1.6 Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our authorized payment partner. Brickhub does not store any payment card or banking information on our servers. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
2. Delivery & Shipping
2.1 Shipping Timeframes
Some products may take approximately 2–3 business days to be shipped from our suppliers, with an estimated 1–2 weeks for delivery to Brickhub. These timeframes are estimates only.
2.2 Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to postal or courier delays, high seasonal demand, supplier delays, adverse weather conditions, airport or transport disruptions, or any other events. Brickhub shall not be held liable for such delays but will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 In-Stock Items
Customers may return in-stock items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging (sealed) and in perfect, unused condition. Items that are damaged, used, or not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted. Customers may alternatively choose to exchange the returned item for another product, subject to availability.
3.2 Opened Products
Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
3.3 On-Order / Special Request Items
Items that are specially ordered for you — including those ordered via email, request forms, social media, phone, or marked as “Available by Order” on our website — are considered custom or on-order items. As these items are ordered specifically on your behalf, returns, refunds, or cancellations may not be accepted once processing has started.
3.4 Missing or Damaged Pieces
In rare cases, an item may be received with missing or damaged pieces. This is beyond Brickhub’s control. Customers are welcome to order replacement pieces directly from the official LEGO website. Brickhub may offer guidance where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements.

5. Amendments & Policy Changes
Brickhub reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
