How We Work at Brickhub

Our Approach

At Brickhub, we do things a little differently. Most of our items are marked as out of stock, but that doesn’t mean they’re out of reach. You can still place an order, and we’ll get to work sourcing it just for you. Also, over time, we’ve been steadily increasing our stock to offer more variety and better availability than ever before.

Fast and Reliable Fulfillment

Once you place an order, we’ll contact our trusted suppliers to secure the items. Typically, it takes 2-3 days to process and ship your order, and from there, it will reach you within 1-2 weeks, depending on our suppliers’ schedules.*

Why We Do This

Not every Lego set is in high demand, and some retired or unique sets are not frequently purchased. By marking items as out of stock while still allowing orders, we avoid holding unnecessary inventory while ensuring you get access to the widest selection of Lego sets possible.

Availability & Made-to-Order Items

When an item is marked as Available by Order, it means it’s not currently in stock and is unlikely to be restocked regularly—often because it's a less commonly requested set. In these cases, we’ll source the item specifically for you after you place your order. Rest assured, if an item is listed as Available by Order, it is still fully available to purchase, and there are no issues with ordering it. We simply order it on demand, just for you.

When an item is marked as Available to Order, it means the product can be purchased, but it's either currently out of stock or not ordered as frequently due to lower demand.

We don’t keep these items in constant rotation like our most popular sets, but they’re still fully available. Once you place your order, we’ll source the item for you—either from our suppliers or incoming stock—ensuring you get exactly what you’re looking for.
